Portable Docking Station | Up to Dual-4K 60Hz | GbE | SD & MicroSD Card Readers | Thunderbolt™ 3 & 4 Compatible

This USB Type-C Multiport Adapter with DP 1.4 Alternative Mode, DSC and MST, supports dual-HDMI® (HDR) video with resolutions of up to 4K 60Hz uncompressed video. The mini travel dock turns your Dell XPS, Lenovo X1 Carbon, HP Elite/ProBook, or other USB-C laptop into a workstation, anywhere you go. The USB-C docking station provides dual HDMI outputs, a 2-port USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A (5Gbps) Hub including a BC 1.2 port to power and charge a USB peripheral, SD and MicroSD card readers, and a Gigabit Ethernet port, all through one connection to your laptop's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4™ port. In addition, it offers advanced charging through USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 pass-through via an integrated 12-inch (30 cm) USB-C host cable, for more set up flexibility.

High-Performance Dual-HDMI Video via MST

The compact docking station connects your laptop to two HDMI monitors, creating a powerful workstation. It supports DP 1.4 Alt Mode with DSC and MST, for uncompressed video performance up to dual 4K (3840 x 2160p) at 60Hz, depending upon your host computer. The dock also supports the use of ultrawide monitors.

Video performance, such as resolution and refresh rate across both monitors, is dependent upon your host computer and its video controller. A source device with support for DisplayPort 1.4, paired with DSC and DP 1.4 enabled HDMI displays, are required to achieve dual 4K 60Hz. Please review the specifications of your computer and displays, to determine expected video performance. StarTech.com performs rigorous performance benchmarks with all major computer models.

Connect Your Devices

The USB-C to USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) hub provides two USB-A ports for connecting your USB devices.

Multiple Use Cases

A versatile dock solution for use at your office desk, home office, hotel desk, or in the boardroom. It's portable enough to be carried in your bag / backpack for mobile use. The USB-C dock can operate with bus-power alone, , or with a USB-C power adapter connected to the pass-through port - for full laptop and peripheral charging. The lightweight docking station features a built-in 12 in (30 cm) USB-C host cable.

Built-In SD Card Reader

Access your multimedia content with ease. The multiport adapter provides direct access to your SD / SDHC™ / SDXC™ or microSD (uSD) memory cards.

Charge Your Laptop and Peripherals

With support for USB PD 3.0 (up to 100W), the USB Type-C multiport adapter enables you to power and charge your laptop and a USB peripheral, when a USB-C power adapter is connected to the pass-through port. PD 3.0 features Fast Role Swap (FRS) which prevents USB data disruption when switching power sources (e.g., USB-C power adapter to bus power).

Reliable Network Connectivity

The Gigabit Ethernet port ensures reliable wired network access. Support for WoL allows you to boot the host computer from a remote location.
